(July 2007 – October 9, 2023)

Spunky, excited, curious and ready for adventure, this was Daisy Mae. In her adventurous 16 years, she loved to travel along with her parents for sunny vacations and simple drives just for fun. Always looking out the windows with wonder and joy in her eyes, she made new friends at every red light. Among her favorite activities were playing hide and seek with Mom and Dad, lounging in the sunshine, chirping to her bird friends, especially little Bluebird and playing rollover with her Dad. Daisy was a true and steadfast companion to her parents. She would call out “Mommy,” seeking to locate her Mom and you’d hear “You’re Mommy’s baby” as they sat together. She would trot over for her Dad to sweep her off her feet, cradling her like a baby. “Baby Daisy” he’d say and she’d smile, wink and swish her beautiful tail. Daisy our precious little girl, you gave us so much love, affection and joy.

Gently sleeping in your bed, your passing was so unexpected. Our hearts are broken. We love you so very much. Our lives have been so enriched by sharing your journey. We will be with you again sweet girl.

Daisy was born in July of 2007 and passed away on the morning of October 9, 2023. She is survived by her loving parents George and Sue, and her extended family Jim, Tara, Tally, Peep and Prancer.
