Madison was born in beautiful Marion, Virginia in October of 2009. Within the first 5 weeks of her life, she found her forever home with her devoted and loving mom, Jenny. There was never a ball Madison wouldn’t fetch, there was never a friend or stranger she didn’t bark at, there was never a day she didn’t love her family with all her might and lastly, there was never a sickness or illness she didn’t fight. Madison was the feisty ruler of the pack and leader of the family. In her stronger days, she enjoyed fresh blankets, running in the yard, chasing tennis balls, a good grooming and a fun dance-off with her sister. She was very vocal and often used her barks and howls to communicate her every need, which mainly consisted of tasty treats. Those vocals will be one of the characteristics her family misses most about her, but her kisses and snuggles will be what burns her eternal light. Madison leaves behind many special loved ones, Angie, her sisters Emmy and Graeson, and her loyal mom Jenny. She now runs pain-free, with her brothers Watson, Miller and Petie.
We would like to thank Dr. Wiegard and the staff at Vinton Veterinary Hospital who provided Madison with outstanding medical care throughout the years.
Maddie, we are heartbroken without you, but you are forever in our hearts.
