Nutter Butter was part of a feral colony that resides in the Airport Road area. Butters started showing up at the back door of Oakey’s Pet Funeral Home about two years ago and has since made his way into the hearts of the employees here. He would visit the back door of the building often just to check on us and have his breakfast and dinner. He joined the other feral colony cats at the Rainbow Bridge March 5, 2018, leaving behind his bonded partner “Tux.”
Oakey’s Pet Funeral Home and Crematory would like to send a special thank you to Kara Alexandra Rock and to Emergency Veterinary Services of Roanoke for their compassion and care.
