June 25, 2007 – November 11, 2021

We were so sad and heartbroken to lose our sweet boy on November 11.  He was the “clean up man” at every meal and camped out in the kitchen. Even though he was given a devastating diagnosis in July, he continued his eating habits (weighing 17 lbs) and fought until the bitter end. We cared for him day and night and would not leave his side. Now that Ruffner has crossed the “Rainbow Bridge,” we know he is healthy, well, and playing with his big, feline brother, Simon.
