In Loving Memory

Stormie Clause

Our sweet Stormie passed away, leaving behind a broken-hearted family and a hole in our home.

Stormie was so much more than a dog. She was a huge part of our family, and she left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to meet her. She had an incredibly sweet, affectionate nature that she showed almost immediately. She would roll right over for belly rubs, ready to soak up every ounce of love and attention you were willing to give her.

And Stormie wanted all of it.

She was constantly on a mission to make sure she received the most attention, the most affection, and, of course, the most food. She had a way of making sure no one forgot she was there. She was incredibly smart, deeply loving, and had a personality that was impossible not to adore.

Stormie loved our boys immensely. The bond she shared with them was something truly special, and we will forever be grateful that they got to experience her loyalty and love.

Her soulmate was Frankie, our Boston Terrier. The two of them shared a bond all their own. They were companions in the truest sense, and seeing them together was one of the many things that made our house feel like home.

Some of our favorite memories will be the little things that seemed ordinary at the time but now mean everything. Her morning snuggles. The way she wanted to be close. The way she greeted us when we came home, barking impatiently, because apparently getting out of the car and coming to see her could not happen quickly enough. She lived for her people.

Stormie had a remarkable way of making people feel loved. She was sweet, affectionate, incredibly smart, and full of personality. She gave our family 4 years of unconditional love, laughter, comfort, companionship, and memories that we will carry with us forever.

Losing her has broken our family in ways we are still trying to understand. The house feels different without her. The mornings are quieter. Coming home doesn’t feel the same. There is an emptiness where her presence, her voice, her snuggles, and her unmistakable personality used to be.

We would give anything for one more morning cuddle, one more belly rub, one more impatient greeting, and one more day with our girl.

Stormie, Thank you for loving our boys. Thank you for loving Frankie. Thank you for filling our home with your enormous personality and your even bigger heart.

You were deeply loved every single day of your life, and you will be deeply missed for the rest of ours.

Forever our sweet girl. Forever a part of our family.
