Oh, Esther Williams! I miss you! For 22 years, you enriched my entire household and showed all of us you were really the boss. You “stayed on my lap” the last 8 years and enjoyed lots of good food right to the very end. And you never weighed more than 6 pounds! When I took you in as a tiny feral, feisty kitten, I had no idea you would be with me for 22 years! Wow! We had our ups and downs, and we went through them together. I love you. Thank you. You will remain in my heart forever.
