Pumpernickel passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026.

He joined his big sister, Haley, who was waiting for him as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Pumpernickel was an ever loyal companion and will be missed immensely.

From puppy hijinks to chasing squirrels up trees as far as gravity would allow, to being ever by my side…none could ever take his place.

I love you and miss you, Nick!
